Booking and payment conditions Hedesunda camping 2022
When booking a camping pitch or cottage, the following booking conditions in Englisch apply.

General:
Hedesunda camping is affiliated with the SCR (Swedish branch organization for camping owners). At check-in, we register all guests with a CKE (Camping Key Europe) registration system. This can be done in 2 ways:

• A free registration (Camping ID) in which only the personal data is created. With the camping ID you can also check in at other campsites affiliated with the SCR without having to hand over your passport/ID card.
• A paid registration (CKE) – this will make you a member of the SCR and entitle you to discounts, insurance and current promotions. This membership is valid throughout Europe.

 
Age limit at booking and check-in
The minimum age for booking/checking in a camping pitch or cottage is 22 years. At check-in you will be asked for your ID or CKE card for verification.
 
Reservation, booking and payment of your cottage or camping pitch
After you have booked, you’ll receive a confirmation and an invoice. After advance payment of 30% of the total rent, the booking is binding, and the cottage/camping pitch is reserved for the relevant period. The rest of the amount must be transferred at least 1 month before arrival. If the period is shorter than one month before arrival at the time of booking, the entire amount must be paid immediately. Payment can be made via the international bank account of Hedesunda camping, stating the reservation number and your name. As soon as we have received your down payment (30% of the amount) or the remaining amount (70%) you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
 
Cancellation
We would like to receive the cancellation of a booking by e-mail. Payments are non-refundable. We recommend you take a suitable cancellation insurance with your bank or insurer. Nowadays there also are very good insurances for everything related to Covid-19.
 
Check-in / check-out time for a camping pitch.
On the day of arrival, check-in is possible from 12:00. Check-out on the day of departure is before 12:00. Other arrival and departure times are possible in consultation with Hedesunda camping.
 
Check-in / check-out time for a cottage
On the day of arrival, check-in is possible from 15:00. Check-out on the day of departure is before 11:00. Other arrival and departure times are possible in consultation with Hedesunda camping.
 
What applies when checking in and out of the cottages
The rental price is always exclusive of final cleaning. You can choose to clean the house yourself or you can book final cleaning up to a week before arrival.
If you choose to clean yourself, you should leave the house in the following way:
• dishes should be done, dried and placed back in the cupboards
• Garbage bags in the container, empty bottles, and old paper in the designated place
• Duvets and possibly bedlinen folded at the foot end of the bed
• Fridge should be empty and clean
• All food and drinks removed
• bathroom and kitchen must be clean.
• floor vacuumed and mopped
If final cleaning has been ordered in advance, the garbage must still be thrown away and the dishes done, dried and placed back in the cupboards.
 
Unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation, additional costs such as linen, towels, baby bed/highchair, etc. are not included in the accommodation costs. These facilities can be ordered additionally when booking or possibly at the time of check-in.
 
Personal data law
Hedesunda camping as well as the SCR are responsible for processing your personal data which you provide via email / contact form / Online booking when booking a camping pitch or cottage. Your data will only be processed for the purpose of registering the desired booking via the used check-in system. The data may only be issued on the order of a collection company as well as government authorities and courts for the collection, determination, and fulfilment of your contract obligations. Your personal data may also be processed for marketing purposes by SCR and Hedesunda camping for its own products and services, as well as for other products and services on behalf of companies and organizations with which SCR or Hedesunda camping cooperates. Your
personal data is kept for 36 months after the booking agreement has been concluded. You have the right to request your registered data in writing once a year free of charge so that you may know where the data is stored and to whom it has now been issued. You have
also, the right to indicate if you do not want your personal data to be used for marketing purposes.
 
Other
If there are any complaints  before or during your stay please report this immediately so that Hedesunda camping has the opportunity to solve this to the best of its ability.
